Service and Operations Holiday Hours

There are certain holidays when GoTriangle doesn't operate or runs reduced service so that staff members can spend time with family and friends.

GoTriangle does NOT operate bus or shuttle service on the following holidays:

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

GoTriangle operates Sunday-level service* on:

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day 
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Friday after Thanksgiving 
  • Christmas Eve, service ending at 7 p.m.

*Reduced Service means GoTriangle routes will use the Sunday schedule.

GoTransit Regional Information Center Hours of Operation

  • Sunday – Saturday | 6:00 am – 9:00 pm

 

Pass Sales Office Hours Of Operation (RTC & RUS Bus)

  • Monday – Friday | 6:00 am – 6:30 pm
  • Saturday & Reduced-Service Holidays | 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Sunday | CLOSED

Building is CLOSED to the PUBLIC

  • Monday – Friday | 6:30 pm – 6:00 am
  • Saturday & Reduced-Services Holidays | 4:30 pm – 6:00 am
  • Sunday | CLOSED

Lost and Found

GoTriangle is not responsible for personal items left on its buses. However, any item found on a GoTriangle vehicle will be turned into one of the following locations:

  • Regional Transit Center: 901 Slater Road, Durham, NC 27703
  • Raleigh Union Station: 525 W. Hargett Street, Raleigh, NC 27603

With the exception of perishable food, items will be held for one week (five business days). After that time, unclaimed items will be discarded.  If you've lost an item, please leave a message with your name, phone number and a detailed description of the missing item. We will contact you if an item matching your description is found.
